BAFTA-nominated Hector Dockrill’s work pairs a documentary-style appreciation for authenticity with a crafted, visceral visual style which has paired him with brands like Nike, Beats, Adidas, The North Face and Balmain.  He has worked with some of the world’s biggest music artists including Adele, Post Malone, Skepta, Stormzy, Lewis Capaldi, Calvin Harris and Jorja Smith, as well as breakthrough acts like Bakar, Sam Fender and tendai.

Hector’s debut narrative short film ‘Goldfish’ is a poignant and timely exploration into the knife crime epidemic in inner city London. The project earned him BAFTA and BIFA nominations as well as winning Best Short Film at LFF and a YDA. Having directed Skepta's short film 'TRIBAL MARK' in early 2024, he is currently directing a feature length documentary with Skepta in which he explores themes of cultural identity and artistry, which is coined for release in 2025. In 2022, Hector directed his debut feature documentary for Post Malone's 'RUNAWAY'. He’s also in development with Film4 on his debut feature film.
